We are glad you have come here to
learn more about your benefits. All of PMHM's
services can be accessed through our telephone
number: 1-800-776-4357. We believe that your
employer has provided you with an excellent set of
services. The information on this page can
help you learn more about what is available to you.
Many employees ask for a list of
network therapists or psychiatrists that they can
look at on this website. However, PMHM does
not publish a list of providers on this website.
PMHM does not publish a book of mental health
providers either. One of our services is that
when you call PMHM and ask for a referral, you can
talk to a staff psychologist. The staff
psychologist can help you decide on the best options
for treatment, and then find a therapist or
psychiatrist in your area with the appropriate
training. This can help you get the services
you need quickly, while helping you find people with
the treatment skills that will help. Even if
you are not sure if a mental health professional can
help, call our staff psychologists to discuss your
options. Help may be only a phone call away.
